Solve customer service and support tickets from your spaces with the Zendesk bot for Webex teams.
The Zendesk bot for Webex Teams makes your help desk a little extra helpful. Get notified when the status of a ticket changes, then hop on chat or a call to solve it with your team.
Note: You need a Zendesk administrator account to set up workflows.
Connect the Zendesk bot to your spaces to receive customizable notifications such as:
- Ticket Created
- Ticket Opened
- Ticket Marked as Pending
- Ticket Solved
- Ticket Closed
To get started, go to your selected Webex Teams space, then type "@" and select Zendesk, followed by the command: help.
