Integration by Mividas

Mividas ROOMS is designed to give administrators better support for managing their video conferencing systems and at the same time add extra value to all end users.

At present, the focus has been on on-premise customers using Cisco Meeting Server, Expressway and Call Manager, but we now wish to add support for Webex registered endpoints to secure and improve our platform and offering.

As Mividas ROOMS gives us access to communicate with video conferencing systems, we also have added some improvements and additional functionality to our customers' video conferencing environment as a whole.

Join button support: We enable OBTP (one-button-to-push) functionality for all meetings, where the customer is able to join the meeting directly from the Cisco touch screen, regardless of which platform that created the original meeting invitation. Our parser is used in cooperation with the standard Webex OBTP but adds a more customizable parser.

Macro provisioning: Organize panels and macros and use provisioning to apply them to a selected range of video conferencing systems. We also support saving panels and macros as collections to simplify the workflow for example when a new system is added.

Scheduling meetings: Our Outlook add-in adds easy scheduling directly from Outlook to the Cisco Meeting Server platform. Choose meetings for on-premise on CMS or Webex from the same user interface.

Use cases are mainly for on-premise or hybrid customers that need to manage a large quantity of endpoints, create templates for settings, macros, address books and OBTP profiles.

Business model is commercial towards partners and end customers using a subscription model with different feature sets.
