IntelliH is a SaaS based Remote Patient Monitoring platform managing diabetic, congestive heart failure, COPD and post-operative patients. It provides a risk stratified dashboard for care coordinators. A patient app on iOS and Android devices wirelessly collects physiological data from monitoring devices such as glucometers, weight scales, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, spirometers and sends that to IntelliH on the cloud for analysis. IntelliH also enables the messaging system for one to one and one to many chats between patients and care team members. IntelliH will use the Webex Messaging to implement this functionality within the IntelliH care coordination and patient management workflows
