The Instant Connect service app facilitates the creation of guest-to-guest meetings. All customers shall approve the Instant connect service App. Once a customer approves the App, we can use the service App's machine account access token to create a meeting in the customer's org. Easy and secure access to on-demand video meetings. Guests can join the meeting instantaneously without the need for Webex App or login credentials.
Setup Instructions:\n1. Log in to the Control Hub (https://admin.webex.com).\n2. Navigate to Management > Apps > Service Apps, find "Instant Connect Service App."\n3. Click the app to view details. If not visible, request Admin Authorization or App Hub submission.\n4. Click Authorize and then Save. Your authorization is logged in AdminAudit.\n5. Inform the developer of the authorization (optional).
